Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have reportedly put together a pre-nup, according to Life + Style magazine. The agreement would see Katie Holmes get $3 million a year up to $33 million for each year she is married to Tom, in addition to a mansion in Montecito, California. If the couple stay married for more than eleven years, the pre-nup will become void and California's property law would give Katie half of everything. Cruise's rep has not commented on the alleged agreement.
