Kelly Osborne has been named as the new host of Project Catwalk. The Osbornes star will replace Elizabeth Hurley in the British version of the American design hit Project Runway. "The chance to do a show that features two of my favorite loves - TV and fashion - is a dream come true," she says of her new gig. "What more could a girl want?"
