Saif Ali Khan(Chote Nawab, Saifu) and Kareena Kapoor(Bebo) may the most sizzling couple in Bollywood but when it comes to the screen they fear the Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif Jodi.

This fear has forced their movie Kurbaan to be proponed by a week so that they would not have to take on Akshay and Katrina stater De Dana Dan in their very first week. Director Rensil D’Silva who had gone gaga about the Saif-Kareena chemistry in the movie doesn't fell it would be enough to take on Akki and Kat.

Producer Karan Johar and director Rensil D'Silva have reason to fear Bollywood's No.1 jodi after all their last three movies together have been Welcome, Singh Is King and Namaste London all of which have been blockbusters. Akki and Kat have become the most successful pair after Shahrukh Khan and Kajol. Now that Shatrughan Sinha has allowed Salman Khan to launch his daughter Sonakshi as a leading lady in Dabangg, the Bollywood hunk is taking his duty as the protective guardian very seriously. Initially, the Sinhas were opposed to the idea of a film career for their daughter.

But Salman convinced them by promising to look after the girl. And so far, he has more than lived up to his word.

Apparently Salman has not only advised Sonakshi to lose more weight, he has also told her not to do too many films at the same time. Shatru, who visited Salman on Eid with his family, is bowled over by Salman’s concern. “I think that’s sound advice. We used to work round-the-clock and did multiple shifts. Salman understands the way to work better than we did,” said Shatru.

Of his daughter’s debut, Shotgun Sinha said, “Salman is making sure Sonakshi has the best possible launch. I allowed her to get into films on his persistence and Salman has taken upon himself the responsibility to make sure she emerges from her debut with our family name and her dignity intact. This was the request I had made to him.” Sonakshi will apparently be working in another home production by Salman after Dabangg.
