Boy George reports for community service

Boy George started his court-ordered community service this morning by picking up trash up off Manhattan streets. The eighties singer was sentenced to five days of work with the Department of Sanitation when cocaine was found at his apartment after he had falsely reported a burglary. He quickly lost patience with the media following him today, yelling, "You think you're better than me? Go home. Let me do my community service. This is supposed to be making me humble. Let me do this. I just want to do my job." When the situation with the media became a little chaotic, Boy George's duties were moved to a gated area "for everyone's safety." His manager commented, "He doesn't need to be humiliated. He's a humble person."
