The "Come On Over" singer looked to be in a good mood as she strolled past the paparazzi on their way to a "Live with Regis and Kelly" tape, to stop for a moment, with one lucky fan and despite the rampant rumors, Jessica's recent engagement is not a result of her getting beaten up by her fiance Eric Johnson.
