Hilary Duff leaves the Byron & Tracey Salon in Beverly Hills with an iPad in tow on Wednesday (May 19th) in Los Angeles. The 22-year-old former Gossip Girl actress was escorted from the salon by a staff member. Hilary Duff wearing the exact same outfit, awkward, out the other day and she looked very hot on that time.
