Kevin Federline's defense team delivered another subpoena yesterday morning for his upcoming custody trial against Britney Spears. KFed's lawyer confirms that Promises Treatment Center in Malibu was served yesterday morning, saying, "An executive administrator from Promises rehab facility was served with a subpoena." This is the fourth subpoena delivered by Federline's team in the singer's increasingly high-profile custody case. Earlier in the week, Spears's former assistant Shannon Funk, bodyguard Daimon Shippen and friend Alli Sims were served with legal papers. "Kevin an his attorneys...are on a mission," says a source close to the proceedings. "They are pursuing all relevant evidence from every potential source and available witness." A spokesperson for Promises refused to comment, saying, "This is a confidential facility and we cannot comment."
