Supermodel Naomi Campbell reported for duty at the NYC sanitation department this morning - wearing stiletto heels. With workboots slung over her shoulder, Campbell exited a black SUV at Pier 36 on the Hudson River to begin her five-day sentence of community service for throwing a cell phone at an assistant. "Miss Campbell arrived on time to work," said a rep from the Department of Sanitation. "She came ready to work."
