Sonakshi Sinha born 2 June, 1987 is an Indian actress and model.She is the daughter of Indian actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha.Sonakshi Sinha started his career as a model and walked the ramp Lakme Fashion Week 2008 and again in the Lakme Fashion Week in 2009.

She made her film debut with the film Dabangg co-starring Salman Khan. Abang went on to become one of the most lucrative Bollywood film. Sinha was born in Mumbai in one Srivastava Kayastha family. She is the daughter of actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha and Punam Sinha. She has two brothers, Luv Sinha and Sinha Kussh.
